Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs throughout hospitalization. Responsibilities include completing assessments, formulating and coordinating individualized care plans, administering treatments and medications, and evaluating intervention effectiveness. The RN collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to resolve patient needs, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in evidence-based practice decisions. They actively contribute to patient safety, quality improvement, and unit goals, while ensuring a compassionate, high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must graduate from a nursing specialty training program, with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and clinical skills, with a focus on safety and patient-centered care.
