• Plan individualized care using assessment data, involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Implement care by delegating and coordinating with team members, managing resources, and prioritizing tasks.
• Evaluate patient responses, outcomes, and satisfaction, revising care plans as needed.
• Promote professionalism by adhering to legal, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications And Skills

• Valid RN license, with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
