Job Description

• Shift: Night Shift, 5x8-Hour (23:00 - 07:30)
• Experience: 3+ years of labor and delivery experience in a high-risk facility preferred
• License: Pending license not accepted
• Certifications: BLS and NRP

Must-Have Qualifications

• BSN required
• Experience in an academic setting is preferred
• Willingness to work 4 weekend shifts (Friday and Saturday nights) every 4-week schedule and 1 major holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's)

Responsibilities

• Care for patients throughout childbirth, including antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum/couplet care
• Circulate normal spontaneous vaginal deliveries (NSVDs) and C-sections
• Adapt to flexible workplace locations as needed
• Complete onboarding documents and confidentiality agreements before start date
• Complete pre-start modules specific to the specialty, with completion tracked by certificate
• Participate in orientation, including 12 hours of non-billable training

Note: COVID-19 vaccine not required. Flu vaccine status is unknown. Ensure all documents are submitted three Fridays before the start date.
