Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in labor and delivery, with a preference for experience in NICU Level III.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in labor and delivery, antepartum, and postpartum settings.
• Administer medications such as anticoagulants, antihypertensives, insulin drips, and magnesium sulfate therapy.
• Perform neonatal care including APGAR scoring, cord sample collection, and newborn assessments.
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and manage postpartum care, including breastfeeding support and wound care.
• Monitor fetal heart rate patterns using external and internal fetal monitoring techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.

Skills

IV therapy and phlebotomy

Pay Range

Base Pay

$50.00/hr - $55.00/hr

Duties
