Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Lower Keys Travel Labor and Delivery RN for an ASAP start. This 13-week night shift (7p-7a) assignment requires prior travel experience in L&D/postpartum, nursery, and Mother/Baby, with flexibility to float to other units as needed.

The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing during the antepartum, intrapatum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phase of Obstetrical care to Labor and Delivery patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgement and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
