Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for Labor & Delivery during night shifts. This role involves providing comprehensive care during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal phases. Ideal candidates must have BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications, along with experience in Labor & Delivery.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid AK nursing license.
• Experience in Labor & Delivery is essential.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for Labor and Delivery patients during the various phases of obstetrical care.
• Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act.
• Maintain clinical competencies and provide direction to assigned personnel.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing care during the antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases of obstetrical care for Labor and Delivery patients. Responsibilities include utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The RN demonstrates critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning for safe delivery of care. Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education, delegates patient care priorities appropriately, and provides supervision and direction to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
