Job summary

BayCare is seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a part-time float pool position based in Clearwater. The role involves rotating between St Joseph's North, St Joseph's South and St Joseph's Women's Hospital, with two 12-hour shifts per week and every third weekend.

You will provide direct patient care in antepartum, labor, delivery, c-section recovery and OB urgent care, maintain certifications (BLS/ACLS, NRP, STABLE) and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a

• RN license required.
• Diploma/Associate/Bachelor in Nursing or higher.
• 2 years L&D RN experience in a hospital setting; 4 years preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must not expire within 30 days of start.
• NRP and STABLE certifications required.
• Charge nurse and travel nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float between 3 hospitals (St Joseph's North, St Joseph's South, St Joseph's Women's Hospital).
• Work 2x12 hour shifts per week and every 3rd weekend.
• Shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM; on-call not required.

Positions details- Registered Nurse- L&D Region Float Pool Part Time-float between 3 hospitals.

• Locations: Region 2 includes St Joseph's North, St Joseph's South & St Joseph's Women's Hospital.
• 2x12 hour shifts per week and every 3rd weekend
• Shift: 645AM - 7:15PM
• On Call: No
• Always in person

Requirements:

• RN (Registered Nurse) License
• Diploma, Associate’s, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing
• 2-year's L&D RN experience in a hospital setting. Experience in antepartum, labor, c-section, tubals, circulate & recover, transition infants, and OB urgent care required.
• 4-year's L&D RN experience strongly preferred.
• BLS and ACLS(AHA)-certifications must not expire within 30-days of start date
• NRP and STABLE certification
• Charge Nurse experience and travel nurse experience strongly preferred.
