Heritage Valley Health System in Beaver, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse for Interventional Radiology PACU. The role is part-time with 10-hour days, no holidays or weekends, and on-call coverage for PACU/IR procedures. Requires PA RN license, BLS, ACLS, and IR PACU experience or equivalent ICU/ED experience.

Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Must complete required clearances within 90 days of start. On-site role with flexible coverage based on patient volume.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing.
• Current Pennsylvania licensure; other state licensure as required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Two years current Interventional Radiology experience or two years of Critical Care/ED experience.

Responsabilités

Description

Department: Interventional Radiology PACU Work Hours: PT position, 10 hour days, no holidays or weekends.
On call for extended hours for PACU and will be trained to assist with on call for IR procedure room. Must be flexible to cover schedule and patient volume

Provides professional nursing care practicing legal nursing responsibilities as indicated by the Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing, current Pennsylvania licensure, other state licensure as required. Basic Cardiac Life Support. Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Two years current Interventional Radiology experience. In the absence of applicants with two years current IR, will accept two years of Critical Care or current ED experience.

Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.

Preferred

Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing. Two years of nursing experience and two years of IR PACU experience. Certification in the posted specialty area.
