Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg Oncology ICU team at Winchester Hospital. You will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor progress, and help shape care plans with the medical team.

We value collaboration, patient education, and compassionate care. Massachusetts RN licensure, BSN preferred, BLS and ACLS within set timelines, and unit-specific experience are desirable as part of joining our expanding BILH system.

Formación

• Graduate of a state-approved RN program; BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• BLS within 90 days of hire; ACLS within 1 year of hire
• Unit-specific experience preferred

As a Registered Nurse for our Med/Surg Oncology Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• BLS within 90 days of hire, ACLS within 1 year of hire
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Pay Range

$36.00 - $90.14

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
