Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Winchester Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg Oncology B3 Team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients.

You will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, observe progress, evaluate therapies, and collaborate with physicians to plan optimal care. Massachusetts RN license is required; BSN preferred; oncology experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved RN program.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• BSN strongly encouraged; work experience in oncology/Med-Surg preferred.

As a Registered Nurse for our Med/Surg Oncology B3 Team, you will be responsible for the following: Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Qualifications: Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Pay Range: $36.00 - $90.14 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
