Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking an RN for the PCU/Cardiac A1 Team at Winchester Hospital. The role includes comprehensive patient assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians to plan care. You will educate patients and families to maximize outcomes.

Three 12-hour shifts with weekend/holiday rotation. MA RN license required; BSN encouraged. Vaccination against influenza is required.

Formación

• Graduate of a state-approved RN program.
• BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

As a Registered Nurse for our PCU/Cardiac A1 Team, you will be responsible for the following:

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $36.00 - $90.14 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
