Responsibilities

• Patient Care and Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and current symptoms. Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Nurse Triage: Perform initial triage to prioritize patient care, evaluate urgency, and determine appropriate next steps.
• Care Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care, communicate effectively, and manage treatments and follow-ups.
• Patient Education and Support: Educate patients and families about health management, medication, and lifestyle changes. Provide emotional support.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate patient records, document interactions, and handle administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited nursing school (BSN or ADN)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Current Registered Nurse License in Illinois
• 1-2 years clinical experience
• Spanish speaking preferred

Salary Range: $29.78 - $48.84 per hour

Actual compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.
