Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse in the Greater Manchester Region to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, monitor patient conditions, and respond quickly to changes in treatment while maintaining age-appropriate care.

The role supports full-time schedules with shift coverage including evenings and every other weekend/holiday.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with CT licensure.
• BCLS and ACLS certification required (or obtained within orientation).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team and monitor condition.
• Communicate patient status changes promptly and maintain age-appropriate care.
