Job summary

Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc. in Hartford HealthCare's Greater Manchester Region is seeking a professional nurse to provide high-quality patient-centered care using the nursing process.

You will coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively about patient status, responding quickly to changes in condition. Qualified candidates must hold a CT nursing license and maintain BLS and ACLS; critical care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a current licensure in CT.
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire or during orientation.
• Emergency and/or Critical Care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care.
• Coordinates patient care by working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicates patient status and responds quickly to changes in condition or response to treatment.
