Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Greater Manchester Region, based at Manchester Memorial Hospital. The role involves providing high-quality patient-centered care during a 2-12s night shift, with every other weekend and holiday requirements, within a 249-bed community hospital network.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, monitoring patient status, and maintaining clinical competency.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with CT licensure.
• BCLS and ACLS certification required upon hire or within orientation period.
• New graduates must pass NCLEX within 90 days of graduation date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate patient condition accurately and promptly to the care team.
• Provide age-appropriate care and report to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
