Job summary

West Gables Healthcare Center in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role. You will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor residents, and ensure care plans are followed with precision and compassion.

Applicants must hold an active FL RN license and BLS. Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills are essential for success in a fast-paced nursing team with a resident-centered approach.

Qualifications

Current FL RN license is required.
BLS Certification (CPR) required.
Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide resident care in accordance with accepted nursing standards and physician plans.
Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
Perform medication administration and treatments as per the plan of care.
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
Maintain accurate documentation in line with orders and policies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
