Job summary

Mercy is seeking a bedside RN to provide direct patient care using the nursing process, ensuring confidentiality and rights protection. The role coordinates care with multiple departments while aligning with Mercy Service Standards and mission.

Ideal candidates have an RN license in AR or a compact state and an approved nursing degree (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN), with relevant certifications as required by the unit. On-site work with full-time hours in Arkansas.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (ADN/Diploma/BSN).
• RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certificate requirements may include ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/CPHON/OCN/CPR/BLS/PA LS/PEARS/C-EFM as unit needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
