Qualifications

• RN license in good standing (KY)
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing beneficial
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Oversees total nursing care for residents on assigned unit.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
• Explains procedures and care plans to residents and families.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Documents progress notes and resident responses to care.
• Monitors vital signs and detects deviations from normal.
• Responds to emergencies per nursing standards and protocols.
• Collaborates with therapists for 24-hour rehabilitation needs.
