Job summary
Masconomet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Topsfield, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care and supervise nursing assistants. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed nurse in a skilled nursing facility.
- Active RN license to practice in Massachusetts.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and facility regulations.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to document patient information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients on assigned units.
- Supervise day-to-day nursing activities by CNAs.
- Follow health, infection control, and safety policies.
- Document patient care, incidents, and investigations timely.
- Educate CNAs and collaborate on individualized care plans.
- Care for patients based on age-related needs with multidisciplinary input.
- Support seamless admissions, transfers, and discharges.
