Sippican Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Marion, Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate RN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise licensed practical nurses and CNAs. You will coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and mentorship in daily nursing activities.
Prerequisites include an active MA RN license and BLS CPR certification. We offer competitive hourly pay, medical/dental/vision insurance for eligible staff, PTO,
Competenze
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Current Certification of BLS Healthcare CPR in Adult, Child, and Infant.
Mansioni
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with current regulations and facility policies.
- Coordinate total nursing care for patients and lead by working cooperatively with the team.
- Supervise and assist in the development of plan of care for each resident.
