Job summary

Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to deliver high-quality patient care within the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework. You will apply the nursing process, coordinate care with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality throughout your shift.

Qualified candidates are graduates from an accredited nursing program with RN licensure and Basic Life Support. Certifications such as ACLS, PALS or others may be required depending on unit needs.

Qualifications

• RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Graduated from a school of nursing with the required degree.
• Current Basic Life Support certification or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care following Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Maintain professional accountability in the provision of care for assigned patients.
