Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care to clinic patients and families.

• Provide direct and indirect patient care to clinic patients and families
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care plans
• Provide patient education and holistic, individualized care
• Develop interdisciplinary plans of care incorporating psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors
• Foster collaborative relationships with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers
• Communicate timely and effectively
• Follow applicable policies, industry standards, best practices, laws, regulations, and codes
• Perform duties of lower nursing levels and satisfy affiliate or collective bargaining agreement requirements
• Perform routine and specialized interventional radiology procedures
• Produce quality images for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of injury or disease
• Monitor patients and deliver safe, precise procedures and accurate results
• Maintain patient privacy and safety
• Perform specific procedures and orient other staff as needed
• Engage in continuous professional nursing growth and development

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• BLS—Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification
• ACLS—Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• Pediatric care certification
• PALS—Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification
• 2 recent relevant experience
