Job Description

In hospital setting: Accountable for utilizing the nursing process, performing patient care, delegating tasks, supervising staff, and coordinating care plans for assigned patients. Collaborates with healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes, adhering to policies and procedures.

In Virtual Setting: Functions independently, monitors patient data via intelligent software, and partners with bedside staff to address patient needs remotely. Responsible for early detection of issues, reducing complications, and maintaining communication with the care team.

Additional Responsibilities

In Clinic, Community Hospital, Population Health, and In-Home Settings:

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Basic Life Support certification (AHA or Red Cross), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), RN license.
• Associate Degree or higher.
