Baptist Beaches is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for Part-Time Days. You will provide care to patients using the nursing process, coordinate with physicians and hospital teams, and involve families in the plan of care.

Required: Associate degree in Nursing, RN license, and BLS. 1–2 years of cardiac and telemetry experience; ACLS/CCRN preferred. This role supports Baptist Health's mission in Northeast Florida in a hospital setting.

Formación

• AS nursing degree required or equivalent.
• RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS, Conscious Sedation, CCRN preferred.

Position Summary

Baptist Beaches is looking for an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for Part-time Days. Provides for patient needs as recognized through use of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and the mission statement; organization; supervision of care provided by supportive personnel and coordination of care provided by ancillary services. Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care. Education of patients/SO/families to their disease process and plan of care. Responsibilities include knowledge of all areas of care to Gastroenterology and conscious sedation with ability to perform patient assessments pre/post procedure. This position requires call.

• Diploma Nurses must have 5+ years of progressive care.

Education/Degree Required

• Associate of Science in Nursing
• Degree Preferred: Bachelor of Arts/Science (BA/BS)

Experience

• 1-2 years Cardiac Experience Preferred
• 1-2 years Telemetry Experience
• Hospital Experience

Licenses and Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
• Conscious Sedation Certification Preferred
• Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) Preferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
