Job summary

Baptist Health's Beaches ICU in Jacksonville Beach seeks an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse for the night shift. You will provide specialized care for cardiac and telemetry patients, coordinate with physicians, and participate in continuous patient assessment and plan of care.

Responsibilities include patient education, family communication, and serving as a patient advocate within a busy ICU. Requires BLS; ACLS and CCRN preferred; sign-on bonus offered for new hires.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years cardiac experience preferred
• 1-2 years telemetry experience
• Hospital experience required
• Licenses and Certifications: BLS Required, ACLS Preferred, Conscious Sedation Preferred, CCRN Preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients requiring treatment of medical or surgical conditions
• Educate patients and families to their disease process and plan of care
• Interact with physicians and other hospital departments
• Serve as patient advocate
• Participate in staff meetings and unit activities
