This role requires float capability between units, strong clinical judgment, and collaboration with the care team to maintain high-quality patient outcomes. The nurse will implement and monitor care plans, document patient conditions, and coordinate with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

Job description

Role:

ICU Float Nurse providing direct patient care across multiple ICU departments in a diverse healthcare setting.
