Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Peyton, Colorado is seeking an ICU/PCU registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a technically complex environment. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, precept new staff, and contribute to ongoing education while maintaining safety and quality at the point of care.

The role requires current ACLS and BLS certification, an accredited nursing degree, and valid RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with valid RN licensure.
• Minimum of 6 months ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (through AHA or Red Cross), valid through sixty days post-hire.

Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, prioritizes evidence-based practice, and models proficiency through precepting new staff. Demonstrates flexibility in shifts, including nights and weekends, and adheres to clinical safety and quality standards.

• Support and guide specialty education and competency validation during clinical orientation.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and patient-centered clinical environment.
