Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a registered nurse who practices independently in a clinical setting, delivering routine and complex patient care and addressing patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural and social needs.

You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing interventions, administer medications, monitor treatment effects, document patient information and educate patients and families, while ensuring safe delegation and ongoing competency validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a related specialty preferred; new graduates considered.
• Valid RN license and BLS certification required; ACLS certification required for certain roles.
• Completion of organizational onboarding, competency validation, and annual requirements.
• Additional certifications such as PALS, TNCC, or NRP may be required within specified timeframes.
