Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a dedicated RN for a Cardiovascular ICU role. You will provide specialized nursing care, ensure patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes, while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

You will develop, monitor, and adjust comprehensive care plans, facilitate seamless patient transitions, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate patient updates clearly to the care team.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification within 1 month of hire.
• Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent licensure.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
