Job summary

Health Wealth Safe is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU to provide expert patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on direct clinical care, care plan development, and supervising staff within a multidisciplinary ICU team, with an emphasis on safe, high-quality nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN licensure in the state and be able to perform ICU nursing tasks.
• BLS required on hire; ACLS, PALS, CPI and NRP within specified timeframes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver direct clinical care to ICU patients on shift.
• Develop and modify care plans for new admissions.

• Supervising staff and ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
• Coordinating patient care through a multidisciplinary approach.
• Performing specialty procedures and accurately documenting all nursing interventions and patient information.
• Supporting clinical staff competency and resource management to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current state licensure/permit.
• BLS certification upon hire; ACLS, PALS, CPI, and NRP certifications required within specified timeframes or as applicable.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing.
• Ability to perform specialty procedures and document care comprehensively.
