DayToDay Health in Albuquerque, NM seeks an experienced ICU/Critical Care Registered Nurse to deliver evidence-based care for high-acuity adult patients in the ICU. You will assess, monitor, and intervene to maintain stability, including ventilated patients.

You will work with intensivists and an interdisciplinary team, educate families, and uphold infection-control and safety standards while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Provide evidence-based critical care nursing to high-acuity adult patients in an Intensive Care Unit. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications and therapies, and continuously monitor vital signs, including ventilated patients.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Deliver high-acuity, patient-centered nursing care with strong clinical judgment
• Perform ongoing assessment, documentation, and escalation as needed
• Administer medications and treatments per clinical protocols

Qualifications/skills:
