Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking an ICU Nurse to provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill adults in a fast-paced intensive care unit.

In this role, you will perform complex patient assessments, manage ventilators and vasoactive drips, interpret hemodynamic data, and collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists and the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate care while supporting families through clear, empathetic communication.

Qualifications

• ICU nursing experience with strong critical-care assessment and judgment.
• Proficiency with ventilator management and vasoactive medication therapy.
• Ability to interpret hemodynamic monitoring to guide clinical decisions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a high-acuity environment.
