Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Registered Nurse I for the Yale Campus area. This full-time position requires weekday day shifts with an orientation period; an on-call rotation with a 30-minute response time is expected.

ICU experience is preferred but not required for consideration. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes.

Formación

• Has completed the basic professional curricula of a nursing program and holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or degree.
• Valid multi-state or Oklahoma RN license.
• 0–6 months related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Documents steps of the nursing process and communicates findings clearly.
• Facilitates patient discharge with timely referrals and patient education.
• Collaborates with other disciplines to meet unit goals and participate in education activities.
