Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Document steps of the nursing process with appropriate medical terminology.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and support patient education.
• Assist in discharge planning and referrals, considering patient age and psychosocial factors.
