Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, Oklahoma, seeks a Registered Nurse I for full-time day shifts (6:30am-3:00pm) on the South Campus. The role involves nursing process implementation, patient assessment, planning and evaluation, with on-call rotation and a 30-minute response time.

Minimum education includes basic nursing curricula and an Oklahoma RN license. Prior nursing experience is preferred; safety sensitive position per OMMA regulations. EOE.

Qualificações

• Valid multi-state or Oklahoma RN license.
• 0-6 months related experience.
• Completed basic nursing curricula approved by state board of nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process to care for patients.
• Documents steps of the nursing process.
• Collaborates with other disciplines.
• Supports unit goals through PI and educational activities.
• Facilitates patient discharge through timely referrals and education.
