Education Required: Associate Degree in Nursing or higher

About the Role:

As House Supervisor, you’ll lead our nursing staff during evening hours—ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. You'll be a central resource, communicating with physicians, directing clinical staff, and responding quickly to emergent patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

️ Supervise direct and indirect patient care

️ Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers

️ Serve as a leadership contact after hours

️ Adhere to infection control and safety procedures

️ Support staff performance and quality standards

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current GA RN License (unencumbered)
• BCLS required
• ACLS and PALS (within 1 year of hire)
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills
