Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse, House Float- PRN, Nights, to provide direct patient care across units as assigned. The role requires independent nursing judgment and seamless coordination with the care team.
The RN will implement the nursing process, assess patient status, develop and execute care plans, and ensure timely communication of patient information while maintaining professional standards in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Shift: Third
A registered nurse implements the nursing process for each patient/resident (pediatric to geriatrics depending onscope of care in the nursing department in which he/she works) assigned to his/her care.
Associate's degree in nursing required.
Active Kentucky RN License.
Two years critical care experience preferred.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required (for employees assigned to work within the George & Beverly Rawling's Women's Center).
