TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC in Tennessee seeks a FLOAT PRN Registered Nurse to provide infusion therapy across Spring Hill, Bellevue, and Murfreesboro. You will deliver safe, efficient infusion services to patients with chronic diseases and acute illnesses, leveraging strong IV skills and an active nursing license in the state of practice.
The role requires a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Nursing, CPR/BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience with infusion exposure.
The TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC, manages the Infusion needs of patient’s and maintains the continuum of care, from intake, assessment, and treatment through the completion of their visit. Our primary focus is the safe and effective administration of biologic medications (e.g., Remicade, Tysabri, etc.), but we also offer a full range of infusion services including, but not limited to, antibiotics, hydration, vitamins, iron, and steroids. On occasion there is a need for sterile dressing changes and lab draws.

We are currently hiring a FLOAT PRN Registered Nurse for our infusion center located in SPRING HILL, BELLEVUE, MURFREESBORO. You will be the RN responsible for safely and efficiently delivering infusion therapy to our customers suffering from chronic diseases and acute medical illnesses. We welcome RNs from all medical backgrounds with a positive attitude, preferably possessing outstanding IV skills, and requiring a license in the state of practice. Anticipated work schedule will be Ten (10) hour shifts as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Associate degree in Nursing and current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice. Must have a current, CPR certification (BLS minimum, including hands-on/in-person assessment). Minimum of one years’ experience providing nursing care preferred. Infusion experience preferred; Telephone, MS Office and computer/keyboard skills required. Previous EMR experience preferred.
