Job summary

TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC in Tennessee seeks a FLOAT PRN Registered Nurse to provide infusion therapy across Spring Hill, Bellevue, and Murfreesboro. You will deliver safe, efficient infusion services to patients with chronic diseases and acute illnesses, leveraging strong IV skills and an active nursing license in the state of practice.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Nursing, CPR/BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience with infusion exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or an Associate degree in Nursing with current, unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• Must have a current CPR certification (BLS minimum).
• Minimum of one year of nursing care experience; infusion experience preferred.
• Infusion experience preferred; Telephone, MS Office and computer/keyboard skills required.
• Previous EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient data analysis including lab status and assessments.
• Report changes to onsite APP.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and education.
• Administer medications and infusion therapy per orders under supervision of mid-level provider.
• Document and ensure implementation of physician orders with accurate clinical documentation.
