Job summary

Lutheran SeniorLife is seeking a Registered Nurse for Hospice care in Butler, PA. The RN will work Monday–Friday, with rotating on-call, delivering home health nursing services to patients in Butler and surrounding counties.

The role offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus paid through the first year and requires PA RN licensure, with preference for those with home health or hospice experience. Competitive benefits and a collaborative team culture are provided.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of PA.
• One year of experience in hospital medical/surgical nursing, public health nursing or related experience preferred.
• Must have dependable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health nursing care in patients' homes within the service area.
• Visit patients in Butler, Armstrong, Cranberry Township and surrounding counties.
• Coordinate care with the VNA Home Health team and support services.
• Support patients and families to promote education and healing in the home.
