Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Community-Based Float Nurse (RN) to support hospice care in the East Territory. The role is PRN and focuses on delivering skilled nursing care to terminally ill patients in their homes, following physician orders and nursing standards.

You will travel within the community, maintain documentation, and engage with patients and families to provide compassionate end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with a current Missouri license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the community.
• Preferably with hospice, long-term care, or end-of-life experience.
• BLS CPR certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver autonomous, compassionate end-of-life care to diverse patient populations.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and documentation requirements.
• Support patients and families through meaningful engagement and education.
