St. Luke's Hospice McCall is seeking a compassionate Hospice RN to provide PRN home visits, admissions, and information visits for terminally ill patients in their homes.
You will work with the interdisciplinary team to tailor care plans emphasizing symptom control and family support. The role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently, and a deep passion for end-of-life care in the McCall community.
At St. Luke's, our team of dedicated Hospice RNs is committed to building a supportive, inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient care.
We are proud to offer a compassionate approach to hospice care, allowing individuals to pass with dignity in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by their loved ones.
As a Hospice RN, you will provide PRN care, conduct admission and informational visits, and manage imminent and some routine visits for terminally ill patients in their homes. Working closely with the interdisciplinary team (IDT), you will collaborate on the development and management of personalized care plans focused on symptom management, medication oversight, and providing emotional and spiritual support. You will also educate patients and families about the care process. This role requires a compassionate professional who can work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep passion for caring for end-of-life patients.
