VNS Health is dedicated to nursing that centers patients, with a strong emphasis on home care. As a registered nurse, you will join an interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care in patients' homes and develop plans of care that adapt to changing needs.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and registered to practice as a RN in New York State.
• Wound Care Certification required or must obtain within 1 year.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience with Hospice/Med/Surg/ICU/ED/Home Care/Palliative/Oncology/Long Term Care.
• Strong computer skills.

Qualifications

What You'll Need

Licenses and Certifications:

• License and current registration to practice as a registered professional nurse in New York State required.
• Valid driver's license or NYS Non-Driver photo ID card may be required as determined by operational/regional needs.
• Wound Care Certification required, or willingness to obtain within one year of hire preferred.
• Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing preferred.

Education:

• Degree in Nursing from an approved program required.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience, including at least six months of Hospice, Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency Department, Home Care, Palliative Care, Oncology or Long Term Care experience required.
• Demonstrated basic computer skills required.

Pay Range

USD $118,942.00 - USD $152,717.00 /Yr.
