Job Summary and Qualifications

Provide direct patient care per physician orders, adhering to standards and policies. Follow care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Following the care plan, providing treatments, and collaborating with team members.
• Delivering direct patient care as per State Nurse Practice Act, including end-of-life care duties.
• Coordinating hospice services and reporting needs to the interdisciplinary team.
• Managing pain and symptoms appropriately.

Qualifications needed:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Registered Nurse license.
• Associate Degree or higher.
