Job Summary and Qualifications

Provide direct patient care following physician orders, standards of practice, and company policies. Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Following the plan of care and providing treatments
  • Participating in hospice service coordination and reporting needs to the interdisciplinary team
  • Managing pain and symptoms appropriately

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse license
  • Associate Degree
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (must obtain within 30 days of employment)
  • Valid Driver's License
