Overview:

The Direct Care Registered Nurse - Home Health and Hospice Provides high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or hospice settings, ensuring comfort, dignity, and emotional support during end-of-life care.

Anticipated Status/Shift:

Full Time (40 hours/week)

Day Shift

Position Location:

Sentara Hospice Services - Harrisonburg, VA (50-mile radius)

Requirements:

Education

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)

Certification/Licensure

• Valid RN License in state of practice (VA) (Required)
• BLS (Required within 90 days of hire)

Experience

• 1 year of nursing experience (Required)
• Previous Home Care/Hospice experience (Preferred)
• Prior case management experience (Preferred)

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $87,214.40 - $126,900.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
