Sentara Hospice Services – Chesapeake, VA is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team in the hospice/home health care setting. This full-time position offers a day shift (8 AM–5 PM) and is based in Chesapeake, VA.

The Direct Care RN will provide compassionate, comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes or hospice settings, focusing on comfort, dignity, and emotional support at end-of-life.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Valid RN License in state of practice (VA) (Required)
• BLS (Required within 90 days of hire)
• 1 year of nursing experience (Required)
• Previous Home Care/Hospice experience (Strongly Preferred)
