Job summary

Care New England seeks a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to manage a caseload within a dedicated interdisciplinary team in Rhode Island. You will assess, plan, and coordinate end-of-life care, ensuring comfort and high-quality symptom management across settings.

You will collaborate with patients, families, and providers, document clearly, educate caregivers, and advocate for patient wishes while delivering patient‑centered care with clinical judgment and empathy.

Qualifications

  • RI Registered Nurse license required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field strongly preferred.
  • At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
