Job summary

Care New England is seeking a Hospice RN to manage a caseload as part of an interdisciplinary team, assessing, planning, and coordinating care to promote the best possible outcomes.

You will monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and ensure continuity of care across disciplines. A RI RN license and CPR certification are required, with hospice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RI RN license is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field strongly preferred.
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (hospice preferred).
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
