AHN Healthcare@Home in Monroeville, PA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse – Hospice to join our team. This full-time role partners with Allegheny Health Network to manage and deliver patient care plans in home settings, delivering one-on-one care within a collaborative, team-based environment.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license for the state, at least an ADN or higher, and hospice experience. The role offers a comprehensive onboarding, access to EMR tools, and a generous bonus

We are looking for compassionate nurses with:

• RN license in the state you work
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
• Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
